Stress Conditions

It’s natural for grass to go dormant to conserve water during periods of limited rainfall, and drought-induced brown grass should turn green on its own as the weather cools and rainfall increases.

It’s important to remember that different stresses can compound over time. A common misconception about heat turf stress is that the stressed-out turf is a result of recent conditions, when in reality, actions or environmental conditions from the previous spring and winter can now be coming into effect.
